Texas Electric Service™ simplifies the process of accessing deregulated energy for Texans since the enactment of Senate Bill 7 in 2002, giving them the ‘power to choose’ their electricity company. Our goal is to make exercising this power effortless for you by providing access to the best energy providers in Texas.

With our free online comparison tool, you can quickly find all-inclusive Texas electricity plans in your area without the need to scour multiple sites.

You can sign up for an energy plan online or call our energy experts directly to help you through the process. Our flexible filtering options allow you to customize your search for energy plans based on rate, contract length, provider, green energy, prepaid electricity and more. All residents and businesses in deregulated areas of Texas, including Houston, Dallas, and Fort Worth, can choose their energy provider.

At TexasElectricService.com, we are the one-stop-shop for all your energy needs, unlike the Public Utilities Commission of Texas’ Power to Choose website. Our energy rates are updated daily to insure the best rates in your area throughout the year, with no hidden fees, including utility and transmission charges.
