This plan is perfect for someone who doesn't mind shifting their electricity usage – mainly high-energy appliances like AC, washer/dryer, and dishwasher – to off-peak hours when demand and energy rates are lower. This plan has seasonal components like winter mornings (January, February, and March) when demand and energy prices are higher and lower prices all other hours of the day.

You'll know exactly the hours and prices of electricity and when you can shift your energy to off-peak hours. Savings can be a breeze. Your per kWh price includes an energy charge (see breakdown below), TDSP charges, and a base charge of $9.95 per month.
