- If you’re not happy with your new Frontier Utilities residential plan, just call us within 60 days of your service activation date, change to another available Frontier Utilities plan, and we’ll waive the early cancellation fee on your first plan; applies one time only for new Frontier Utilities residential customers. Your contract term will restart with your second plan. Offer subject to change or withdrawal prior to customer acceptance
• A Usage Credit of $125 will be included for each billing cycle when your usage on this plan is above or equal to 2000 kWh
• There is no Usage Credit for a billing cycle when usage on this plan is below 2000 kWh
• Please review the EFL details to determine your price calculation for additional usage levels
