This plan brings a ton of value to those who don't mind shifting energy consumption AND are looking for a cost-effective way to charge their EV. It features higher prices during peak demand hours like in the evenings and mornings during the winter (January, February, and March). But it also has super low pricing overnight to charge your EV and low prices all other hours of the day during off-peak hours.
